Human Resources Offices Closed for In-Person Services

Effective immediately, following the guidelines of public health officials, LAUSD Human Resources offices are transitioning to online options for many of our HR services, including Teacher Assistant Onboarding.

Teacher Assistant Onboarding Requests may be submitted by schools in the normal fashion. Staff are working remotely to meet the needs of school sites. 

The last day to submit TA Onboarding reqeusts for the 2020-2021 school year will be Monday, May, 24, 2021.  Requests for the 2021-2022 school year will be accepted starting Tuesday, May 25, 2021.

TA candidates requested for 2020-2021 must complete all necessary steps prior to June 7, 2021 or they will have to begin again for the 2021-2022 school year.

Prospective Teacher Assistants are invited to complete the online application at go.teachinla.com/Apply and upload qualification documents for pre-screening
