The State Reporting Services Branch (SRSB) serves as a link between school and technical staff to provide meaningful data analysis by collecting and validating student and school level data; providing analysis and interpretation of federal, state, and district policies to ensure compliance with legal mandates; and facilitating access, use, and reporting of data.

R30 Language Census
The school-level Language Census Reports indicates the number of English Learners (EL), EL receiving special services, qualified teachers providing primary language instruction, reclassification rates, etc. at the school of your choice. -
School Accountability Report Card
Every K-12 public school in California is required by state law to publish a School Accountability Report Card (SARC) each year. The SARC contains information about the condition and performance of each school. -
School Profile
The School Profile will provide you with detailed information including the history of its Racial & Ethnic Composition, Student Attendance information, number of certificated teachers and their years of experience.

The Adequate Yearly Progress report will tell you if the District has demonstrated progress in its: API scores, graduation rates, assessment participation rates, and in the academic areas of Language Arts and Mathematics. -
DARC

These profiles will provide you with detailed information including student racial and ethnic history, student attendance, and staffing at the district wide and local district levels. -
Dropout Report
Access the District's dropout rates by ethnic group and grade level from the California Department of Education. -
Graduation Rates Report
Access the District's graduation rates by grade level from the California Department of Education. -
Local District Accountability Report Cards
