      asdfHoliday Equity Month

Human Relations, Diversity & Equity asks all educators to remember that there are many ways to celebrate the winter season. Christmas is recognized around the world and is a "cultural and commercial phenomenon."  Read more about the History of Christmas over on History.com.  See a curated collection of Advisory Lessons for educators to share with students to help recognize the many winter holiday celebrations in the school community. Supplemental resources are curated from multiple sources and do not constitute an endorsement of LA Unified School District, Student Attendance & Support Services, or Human Relations, Diversity & Equity, nor should omission be considered intentional.
