Every year the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) develops a proposed Annual Budget Plan and Annual Service Plan and presents it to the Board of Education for adoption.
Local Plan Section D: Annual Budget Plan - outlines the projected special education budget funding, revenues, and expenditures of the LAUSD.
Local Plan Section E: Annual Service Plan - outlines the description of special education services to be provided by the LAUSD.
