New Reports

Parent Portal – Parent Portal Yearly Trends report has been added to the Parent Portal dashboard. Parent Portal Registered Yearly Comparison table and graph view are available, along with the Registered Parents Yearly Trends by school detail roster.  To access this report, click on Operations > Parent Portal > Parent Portal Yearly Trends

Report Updates

MTAM Dashboard – Two sub-headings have been added to MTAM District View for Eligibility Summary CEP and Eligibility Summary Pricing tables.  “Percentage is calculated based on Total enrollment” sub-headings now display on the report.  To access the report, click on Operations > More Than a Meal > Operational Dashboards > MTAM District View

MTAM Dashboard – New to District column has been added to the # of Students Missing Household Income Forms - Campus Detail Report drill down.   To access the report, click on Operations > More Than a Meal > Operational Dashboards > MTAM District View  

MTAM Dashboard – A new “Enrolled on Count Day” filter has been added to the MTAM District View and MTAM Campus View reports.   To access the report, click on Operations > More Than a Meal > Operational Dashboards

Composer Level Users “MyFolder” Saving Reports Feature -  A new feature to save a dashboard report to your My Folders, has been added to some analytical areas in Focus.   This feature eventually will be added to all reports available in Focus. Users now have the capability to edit a report from a dashboard for their own use. For example, they would be able to save a report and tweak it by either adding, or deleting extra columns (Data Elements) etc.   To view this new feature, click on Summary >Monitoring Reports > click on any report and locate the Pencil icon

Student Email Roster – LA Public Library Account column has been added  to the Student Email Roster.  To access the report, click on Summary > Monitoring Reports > Student Email Roster

Enrichment Programs Summary Report - Department Filter has been added to the Enrichment Programs Summary report.  To access the report, click on Summary > Monitoring Reports > All Grade Level Tab > Enrichment Programs Summary.
