Monica Dudley has 20 years of experience in Food and Child Nutrition Services, 10 years' experience as Director and Manager in Corp Dining and Catering with Marriott Corporation, and 7 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager and Assistance Manager with Marriott Corporation.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Management.  She is member of the School Nutrition Association (SNA) and California School Nutrition Association (CSNA). She was selected to participate in the LAUSD Chief Operation Officers (COO) Leadership Training Program.  Monica manages a team of Area Food Service Supervisors, Training Specialists, HR Reps, Nutritionists, and Staff Aides supervision approximately 165 cafeteria operations. She is the project lead on the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).

She has passion for employee Leadership, Development, and Customer Service. She takes great pride in knowing that Food Services personnel participated in a child development and growth through food prepared by an outstanding team of people.
