Statement from Board President Kelly Gonez with update on Superintendent Search 

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to sincerely thank the tens of thousands of students, families, staff, and community members who participated in the various opportunities for input in the Superintendent Search. The community engagement report will be shared publicly as soon as it is available. 

Today, the Board has enlisted Hazard, Young, Attea, & Associates to assist with the next phase of the search. We will be accepting applications through November 5, 2021. We are on track with the publicly available timeline, and the Board hopes to finalize a selection by the end of 2021.
