Q. What do I do once the student returns to school and submits the work assigned?

  1. The regular classroom teacher must sign and date the submitted work on the day it was received as established in the Master Agreement. S/he evaluates all assigned coursework, determines the number of equivalent attendance days, and records it on the submitted work and on the Record of Assignment form (ROA). The teacher provides a signed and dated copy of the ROA to office staff for audit purposes.
