Q. Why do the courses disappear after loading and saving them?

  1. This problem has been identified as an issue with the cache.  Schools will need to clear the browser cache if this happens. For instance, to clear the cache in Firefox:
    • Open Firefox
    • Click on History from the menu bar
    • Click on Clear Recent History
    • Clear everything
    • Click on Clear Now
    • Restart Firefox
