Contact Your School
If you need help, you may contact your student's school. For your school's contact information, please visit our school directory.
Los Angeles Unified Family Hotline
Call our Family Hotline at (213) 443-1300 during weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for support with your questions about the strike and how it affects your school and child.
Tech Support Help Desk
For support with District technology, please call Information Technology Services at (213) 241-5200 weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may also chat with an agent online.
Student Health and Human Services
For non-emergency support with mental health matters or with helping families with basic needs, please call the Student Health and Human Services hotline at (213) 241-3840 weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
