    Description: Getting Started with Schoology Courses provides an overview of Courses and Course Materials in addition to a snapshot of Groups and Resources. Participants will learn the skills and knowledge needed to begin using Schoology with students.


      

    Introduction to Schoology Assessments

    Description: In this course, participants will gather the knowledge and skills to begin using the new Assessment material type. We will dive into creating and setting up Assessments using Standard Question Types, along with the grading and scheduling options available.


      

    Designing Online Courses for Young Learners

    Audience: Elementary Educators

    Description: In this course, participants explore innovative ways to engage young learners through designing interactive and dynamic Schoology materials. We will explore the importance of developing an organized course through the use of folders and visual anchors, as well as the importance of utilizing the audio/video recording tool throughout the Schoology platform.


      

    Using Google with Schoology

    Delivery: Asynchronous

    Audience: K-12 Educators

    Description: In this course, participants will learn how both instructors and students can easily access live Google content from anywhere in the Schoology platform, without having to adjust Google Share settings. We will look at using Google Drive to create assignments and collect student work that results in a paperless, organized workflow. In addition, we will learn how to embed Google Presentations and Forms to enhance your instruction. c 


       

    Connecting Home and School with Schoology

    Delivery: Asynchronous

    Audience: Elementary Educators

    Description: This course is designed to provide participants with an overview of the Schoology platform from a parent user perspective. Learners enrolled in this course will gain a deeper understanding of how parents/guardians navigate around the platform, view student grades, courses, upcoming assignments, discussions and tests/quizzes. Participants will also review communication tools and groups. 

     


       

    Designing Dynamic Pages in Schoology

    Audience:  K-12 Educators

    Description: In this course, participants will learn the power of Schoology Pages as places to engage students in dynamic learning opportunities. Explore different uses for Pages (choice boards, playlists, Bitmoji Classrooms, website dashboards, collaborative stations, etc.) and design a Schoology Page that you can apply in your classroom today!

     


       

    Using Microsoft with Schoology

    Delivery: Asynchronous

    Audience:  K-12 Educators

    Description: This course is designed for educators who want to learn more about the multitude of ways to incorporate Microsoft applications into your Schoology courses. Schoology’s integration with Microsoft allows you to create dynamic and robust learning and collaboration experiences for your students. Participants will learn how to leverage the Microsoft OneDrive Resource and Assignment Apps in Schoology to create collaborative, interactive lessons and documents.
