The Federal and State Education Programs (FSEP) Branch, in partnership with two Title I Coordinators assigned to each Local District, provides technical support on:
- Title I, Part A, Fiscal and Program Requirements
- Federal Program Monitoring (FPM)
- School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
- Schoolwide Programs (SWP)
- Community of Practice (CoP) and School Pairing
- Title I Equitable Participation in Private Schools
FSEP Mission Statement
To design, develop, and administer a technical support system that will assist central offices, Local Districts, and schools to execute federal and state school improvement mandates and to utilize site based resources that result in improved student learning.
What's New & What's Due
The restrictions to June Staff Conference Attendance using Title I funds have been lifted with certain caveats.
The new online 2019-2020 SPSA template and online 2019-2020 TSP Plan will be made available to Principals, Assistant Principals, and Principal’s Designees beginning Thursday, November 1, 2018.
Groundhog Day (February 2) - This will be the deadline date for schools to address all Title I funds that are in pending distribution [commitment item #430009/budget item #40261] (second allocations, unspent dollars).
