    The Personnel Research & Analysis section guides the Human Resources (HR) work in the areas of Classification and Compensation, Administrator Recruitment and Assessment, and Personnel Policies.

    Personnel Research & Analysis is responsible for the following for all certificated positions:

    • creating and maintaining class descriptions and compensation plans
    • conducting classification studies of certificated and unclassified positions
    • conducting interview training for certificated administrators
    • developing selection assessments for certificated administrators and teachers
    • creating and revising personnel policy guides regarding certificated HR matters
    • facilitating requests for freeze exemption: staffing for certificated and unclassified positions
    • providing technical advice and resources to District staff, Board members, and outside agencies.
