LAUSD Services Catalog, formerly known as MyIT, is the online system used to submit requests for services; from support for computing devices to payroll issue resolution. As the services offered on the system have grown beyond just information technology (IT), a new name is only fitting. District Operations, Payroll Support Services, Student Testing and other departments' services are now available through LAUSD Services Catalog. Please visit https://lausd-myit.onbmc.com and select "Browse categories" for a full list of participating departments

You can still call the HelpDesk or chat with a service technician to create a service request; however, the LAUSD Services Catalog online system (including the App) should be your preferred method to open and/or monitor service requests.

- Yes. This can be done in the My Activity page and selecting the filter icon and selecting Completed or Closed
- 4. Can I send someone a link to a request form?

- Yes, when you have the request form open, select Share and copy the link, which can be shared with others.
- 5. Can I cancel a request it has been submitted?

- Yes. When viewing an active request, there is a Cancel Request button at the bottom of the request form.
- 6. Can I attach a file to a request?

- Yes. At the bottom of the request form is a button to attach a file to the request.
- 7. Which mobile devices are compatible with the mobile application?

- The "LAUSD Services Catalog" mobile application is compatibility with the following devices:
- Apple mobile devices with iOS 7 or later

- iPad 2 and later models (including the iPad mini)

- The LAUSD Single Sign On(SSO) username and password are used to grant users access to the Online Service Request System. There's a couple of actions you can take to resume access:

- 9. Can I submit a request on behalf of another LAUSD employee?

Yes. For any request in LAUSD Services Catalog, the customer can be changed by clicking on the Change button next to the "Request for:" name. Simply click on the button and type at least three letters of the employee's name into the seach box.
