Retiree and Out of District Employment Information

- Once cleared by Employee Relations and Staff Relations, we will provide you with information and forms that need to be filled out.
Before you can begin an assignment, you will need to:
- You must be retired for at least 180 days (Per Cal STRS rules)
- Be cleared by the Human Resources Division
- Fingerprints must clear
Out of District applicant information:
To be considered for an LAUSD administrator position
Verification of public-school experience must be submitted on official letterhead. The letter(s) must state:
- Employment Dates
- Position(s) held
- Full-time or part-time service
