    1.   Emotional and Mental Wellness Programs

     

    Emotional and mental wellness are key components of overall emotional and mental health. Anthem, Health Net, and Kaiser offer programs and resources to provide a holistic approach to care. Focusing on managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, you will have access to licensed mental health professionals, digital tools, and personalized support.   

     

    A.     Anthem 

    Anthem’s Emotional Well-being Resources are here to help you and your household live your happiest, healthiest lives. Their mental wellness resources utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles and can be accessed digitally anytime and anywhere. You can manage stress, depression, anxiety, substance use, and sleep disorders at Anthem. Go to My Health Dashboard, choose Programs, and opt for Emotional Well-being Resources. 

     

    B.     Health Net 

    Living well means taking care of your physical and mental health. Health Net HMO members can access a range of behavioral health benefits through MHN Services, LLC (MHN), including treatment for mental health issues and substance abuse disorders. MHN’s team of providers includes therapists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and psychiatrists. Find a provider at www.MHN.com or call the Mental Health Benefits number on your Health Net ID card. Approval is not required for outpatient appointments. 

     

    C.     Kaiser Permanente 

    Kaiser Permanente provides round-the-clock emotional support to assist members in every phase of their mental health journey at Kaiser Permanente. They offer various mental health services and tools to help you handle stress, sleep issues, depression, anxiety, and addiction and recovery. Members have access to an emotional support coach via the Ginger app, which is available at no charge for 90 days. With the Ginger app, you can conveniently text your emotional support coach from anywhere at any time.

     

     

    2.   MetLife Basic Life Insurance - Update Your Beneficiary
