For Retail Software (Final Cut/iWork/etc) your Apple Sales Order # will be required. If you do not have your Apple Sales Order # please call Gloria Bass @ 800.800.2775 x48342. She will be able to lookup your Apple Sales Order # if you can provide your LAUSD Purchase Order #. Replacement media will be shipped via US Postal Service. Replacement fees can vary from $17 to $22 per missing disk.
