    Our goal is to ensure that that each current or former employee receives exceptional customer services and an accurate response to concerns. The Employee Services Center (ESC) offers a variety of resources and assistance to address employee’s questions or concerns. If you have a simple payroll or benefit questions, need assistance with employment resources, or if you need financial or legal services, the ESC representative can help you find the answer or refer you to an expert in the field. You can also obtain a referral to a behavioral health provider who may better address your needs. 

    Whatever the situation, the LAUSD is here to assist you.

    The Employee Service Center (ESC) has been established to assist all current and displaced District employees to address a variety of work related questions and to access resources. The goal of the ESC is to ensure that each employee receive exceptional customer service and an efficient response to concerns, while continually incorporating the wellness needs of each individual.
