For instructions on how to submit a renewal petition application from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2018 as an affiliated charter school operator, please review instructions and download documents below. District affiliated charter schools must obtain LAUSD Board of Education approval of a renewal petition prior to June 30, 2018 in order to continue to operate next year as a District affiliated charter school.
NOTE: In order to complete the petition process before the end of the school year, the school may schedule intake appointments for renewal petition applications no earlier than the January 2018 target window and no later than the March 2017 target window. Please refer to the relevant target windows for submission in the following document:
