This reference guide replaces REF-6142.1 of the same title, dated August 13, 2015. The revised guide has been updated to include revised due dates for submitting required documents from schools. Required forms and the bus safety video are available online and can be accessed using the web links in the reference guide.
Bus Traffic in and Around School Sites - BUL-6403.0
School Administrators are to inform and remind students and school staff of the safety procedures to be observed whenever there are moving vehicles in or around the schools grounds. Buses are to be escorted at all times when inside school campuses where there is pedestrian traffic or activity.

Daily reports of mileage driven must be recorded on the Daily Mileage Statement. The statement must be submitted weekly in conjuction with timesheets for approval and reporting purposes.
