Request Changes to Bus Reservations for Field Trip
To modify or cancel a bus reservation, follow the steps below.
- Click here. Use your LAUSD single sign-on to log in.
- Complete and submit the change request. Be sure to attach any required documents.
- After you submit the form, you must call Dispatch at 213-580-2900 to confirm the changes you requested were made. Take note of the date and time you made the call and name of the Dispatcher that assisted you.
- If you made a reservation with your destination, contact the site and cancel or reschedule your reservation.
Please note, to request additional buses a new field trip application must be submitted.
