    These workshops aim to support Parent/Caregivers in:

       • Learning practical strategies that promote a sense of
          safety and connectedness

       • Learn ways to cope with stressful daily situations

       • Learn about the social-emotional learning skill set

       • Learn ways to promote a positive future and instill hope
          by supporting our children's mental health and wellness

    What is Resilient Families?

    A 10-week group for parents, grandparents, foster parents and any other committed caregiver in a student’s life.

    Participants will learn how to tackle everyday stressors and overcome challenging situations, learn about how toxic stress impacts their wellbeing and their relationship with their children.

    Participants will also become more confident in raising their children by learning to set boundaries and limits while at the same time nurturing a stronger and more resilient child.
