Financing Your Postsecondary Plans
L.A. College Promise Scholarships
Formerly known as the Board of Governors Fee Waiver, the California College Promise Grant (AB 19) permits enrollment fees to be waived for eligible students, in addition to other variable funding.
To be eligible, students:
- Must be first-time college student
- Attend a California Community College
- Apply for financial aid
- Complete Assessment, Orientation and Counseling/Educational Planning
- Enroll full-time (12 or more units)
