  • Instructions to designate an IDM

In order to check devices in/out to students in Remedy, your school will need to have an Instructional Device Manager (IDM).  Having access to the new IT Asset Management System will provide you with a central system where you can view all your IT devices and also be able to check out and check in these devices to students and employees should you wish to do so.

You may have more than one person designated with the IDM roll but each person will need to follow the step-by-step guide found HERE.

Once approved, the applicant will be automatically enrolled for the training.  Once the assessment at the end of the training is passed, please know that it may take up to 5 business days to be granted access.
