    Upcoming Timelines:

    11/26/2018 Quick Counts of Applications are available on the Principals' Portal. Target language Verification list is also available for schools that have grade 2 and up for the 2019-2020 school year. The DLE Application Roster currently reflects 2018-2019.  It will not be updated for 2019-2020 until around January.

    1/11/2019 Deadline to Review and Update Enrollment Capacity. Click here for instructions.

    2/15/2019 Deadline to complete and input verification of Target Language Assessment for students applying for grade 2 and up who are EO or FEP who have not previously participated in a dual language program.  Click here for instructions.

  • Master Plan Salary Differentials and Incentive Stipends

    Who Qualifies for a Bilingual Stipend? Teachers in a dual language education program who provide instruction in the English Learners’ primary language (the target language of the program i.e. Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, etc.) may qualify for a bilingual stipend if they have at least 1/3 of the students in the class that are at ELPAC levels 1-3.
