Welligent is only accessible for those who are connected to the LAUSD network (either through Wi-Fi, hard wired connection or through LAUSD VPN).
The Welligent Support team provides assistance with system functionality
and navigation within the Welligent system.
Assistance from the Welligent Support Team is provided through the following methods:
- Submit a Support Request Online
- Chat with a live agent (subject to availability)
- Call (213) 241-5200 and select Option 8 for Welligent Support.
