CPR with AED and First Aid classes for all LAUSD employees are held regularly at the District Nursing Service Office at Roybal Annex. Class schedules are posted on MyPLN for the 2022-2023 2^nd Semester. Instructions on how to register for the on-line course & the skills testing component are detailed on the schedule of classes below. Classes are in the blended-learning format, consisting of an on-line cognitive portion available at the American Heart Association website which needs to be completed prior to the skills practice & testing session done in a classroom setting. The number of participants continues to be limited to comply with the guidelines set forth by LAUSD following AHA guidelines based on the Communicable Disease Control (CDC) & the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health recommendations. Use of face mask during class is highly recommended. Your current certification is good until the end of the month that it expires. Please allow yourself time to complete the online class and register for a skills practice and testing session within 60 days of completing the online portion.
