The link below has video's of the Fitnessgram assessments.Student Exemption in Senior High School
Students in senior high are required to take four years of physical education. If a student in 9th grade passes 5 of 6 assessments on the state mandated Physical Fitness Test (Fitnessgram) then the student could choose to take an course other than physical education in grades 10-12. This is a student choice, and the student that passes needs to fill out the Student Exemption Letter and sign it as to their choice to continue in a physical education elective or choosing to take another content area elective.
