1. Click on "Request A Project".
2. The Project Sponsor should complete the PMO Project Request form as completely as possible and email it back to the PMO at the email address on the form.   
3. A member of the PMO will review the request and contact the Project Sponsor to discuss the project information.
4. If it is determined that the ITD PMO is going to proceed with the project, the project will enter the “Initiated/Proposed” Phase of the Project Lifecycle, and the PMO will initiate the Project Charter.
5. An approved project will follow the process below through completion.
