The Liability Claims section processes all non-litigated liability claims that are presented to the District, in compliance with California Government Code Section 900, et al.
The District's "Claim for Damages" form can be requested by calling the Board Secretariat's office at (213)241-7002. The Claim for Damage form is also available in the hyperlink below.
