PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT AND PURCHASING CONTRACT PROGRAM
Risk Finance & Insurance Sevices supports schools and the Procurement Services Division by assisting schools and offices in the processing of Professional Service contracts, Purchasing contracts and Memorandums of Understanding.
The Risk Finance section is tasked with ensuring compliance with the District's insurance requirements through diligent reviews of insurance and indemnification issues for schools, offices and the Procurement Services Division that are designed to protect the District and those who make their goods and services available to our schools and offices.
The District requires that all vendors, contractors, and professional service providers comply with contractual insurance requirements and provide to us valid evidence of insurance certification.
