3/20/23 INTERNET ISSUES WHEN TESTING

Several schools have reported internet issues when trying to administer online assessments.  Users get either a blank screen or a spinning wheel.  ITD has informed us that they are aware of the problem and they are working to resolve it.  Unfortunately, we don’t know how long it will be before the issue is resolved.

If you have scheduled testing for today, you may either try to administer the test later today or reschedule testing for a different date.  We will provide any additional information as soon as it is available.
